Works well doesn't stop him snoring totally but it keeps the noise down
Works ok am only giving 4 stars as there is a learning curve and they do take some getting use to, also find they do tend to make you dry during the night
I snore like a freight train rushing past. Hubby never got a good nights sleep and we’ve been together for over 30 years. I’ve tried herbs, menthol rubs, nasal strips…none of them worked. I was diagnosed with temporal mandibular joint dysfunction and my dentist gave me a moulded mouth guard. I bit through 2 of them! I tried this mouth guard and haven’t snored since! Also, it’s fixed my jaw alignment and reduced my TMJ. The only downside I can find is that I drool during the night and end up with a damp pillow. Now I sleep on a towel wrapped around my pillow, but it’s better than the alternative. Yes, it takes a bit of getting used to but it’s worth it. I now sleep better, have no ache in my jaw and my smile is no longer squint! Honestly…this thing is well worth it. This is an honest review. I have not been paid to write this by some unscrupulous business. In fact I rarely write reviews but I’m so chuffed that I don’t snore. I just want other people to know that this device works. 🤗
Not best fitting due to me having small mouth but it does work !
